1. Alcohol and drunkenness is not allowed in the Roshato Link Hostels
2. The tenants shall lose Tenancy and their rent upon causing disorder and physical fighting on the compound or in the rooms.
3. Check In time shall not be beyond 9pm.
4. Theft has no room in the Roshato Link Hostels.
5. Tenants must register their visitor's register-IN/OUT
6. Every tenant should be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the areas as; Rooms, Compound and Toilets.
7. Parent/Guardian to be surcharged upon any vandalism.
8.Punching walls using nails is not allowed.
9. Tenants to pay their own electricity bills.
10.Maximum occupancy per room is two persons.
11. All tenants to avail parents' or guardians' phone numbers.
12. All tenants to observe Health standing orders and regulations against COVID-19 pandemic.
